If you are an assassin, you must go to Black Eklipse, the business at the corner of Ember, on Thurington Dr. It takes an hour to get there. From wherever you are. That time betwwen then can alter and change what the celebrity is doing, which means you might have to look for him/her. The streets are there for you character's residence, and for the Test. Once you get into the Black Eklipse, you must make and appointment with the boss of Black Eklipse, Demetrian Richard Gold, with the secretary, Traci Lords. Now, once you see him he will assign you to kill one person from one street. If you succeed without the police getting you, you can return for your real assignment. Now, once all of the streets are empty of victims, I will post new ones for new members. That is the reason for the streets.
